Professors and students, as the main components of knowledge and technology production, have transformed universities into potential sources of up-to-date knowledge. Therefore, Entekhab Industry Group has always maintained its connection with universities and has taken steps towards their development. Various tools have been defined for establishing communication with universities and promoting their development, including supporting students’ theses at different levels. In this method, by defining the research topics of students based on the research needs of the industry and guiding them through support agreements, the academic expertise can be harnessed in the development and advancement of industrial research goals.

In this regard, the Entekhab Industry Group has initiated the “Snowa Award” event with the aim of promoting and developing industry-university collaboration and benefiting from university services. This event, which is held annually in multiple rounds by the SnowaTec Technology and Innovation Factory, provides a platform for supporting undergraduate, master’s, and doctoral theses. Research areas within the organization are made available to students, allowing them to collaborate with organization experts to propose creative and scientific theses in these areas. The Snowa Award program includes financial and moral support and aims to deepen connections with universities and academics, establishing a framework for collaboration with university elites, research cores, and research and technology networks.
