The doughnut event (Snowatec innovation session) is held on the second Tuesday of every month with the introduction of a book in the field of creativity and innovation of personal development.

This course was held for the second time on June 3, 1402 with the review of the book DNA of innovation. This book was written by the authors Jeffrey Dyer, Hal Gregerson, and the best-selling author Clayton Christensen and was presented by Mr. Majid Soleimani, a member of the innovation management team of Snowatec.

This work is the result of a collaborative study of a deeper understanding of boundary-breaking innovators. In such a way that it states what characteristics these people have and how they build innovative companies, in fact, according to the author, this book was written based on answering two fundamental questions:

First, how do people do innovative things?

Second, how can I do this?
