According to the report of the Innovation Department at the Snowatec Technology Center and Innovation Factory, the Entekhab Sho 1 event was held on December 2021. In this event, technicians from all over the country were requested to submit their ideas in the fields of improving products and improving services of the Entekhab Industrial Group.

The executive process of this event, which was carried out in cooperation with the research and development deputy as well as the customer care deputy, lasted twenty-five days, and the goals were:

  • Starting the innovation campaign in the organization
  • Identification and introduction of outstanding and pure talents among sellers and sales forces
  • Encouraging and persuading sellers to generate ideas and innovate
  • Using existing ideas to improve the sales process and home appliance products

The presented ideas were evaluated based on the following criteria:

1- Innovation

2- Transparency

3- Attractiveness

4- Applicability and commercialization capability

5- Mastery of the ideator

6- Observance of time

351 ideas were received from 203 technicians. Among the received ideas, 15 ideas made it to the final stage. Finally, the top 6 ideas were recognized.

According to the submitted ideas and in order to evaluate them, two judges from the research and development team and two judges from the customer care team were selected. In addition, taking into account the large number of ideas in the field of refrigerators and washing machines, the judges of the research and development team were selected with the expertise of refrigerators and washing machines.

The final evaluation of the winners of this event was done in two stages. In the first stage, the first to fifth judges were selected, which are Mr. Daniyal Shahbazi, Mr. Darabi Borojni, Mr. Seyyed Mahmoud Rezaiyan, Mr. Mehdi Rahimi, and Mr. Ali Bahrai respectively. In the second stage, according to the popular vote of the people present at the event, Mr. Babak Elamibeh was chosen as the sixth person.

At the end of the ceremony, the idea bank book of the first selected event was unveiled, which included two chapters of ideas related to services and product improvement. This book has been published as a single volume in order to preserve and protect ideas and prevent the dissemination of ideas.

After holding any innovation event, paying attention to results and implementing ideas is the most important part of that event. For this reason, the executive team of the event, i.e. the innovation team, intends to implement the selected plans and follow up until they reach the result, with the cooperation of idea generators and a more detailed and specialized examination of their ideas.
