In the calendar of world days, June 26 is named as World Refrigerator Day, which is named after trade, industry relations and cooperation of professional members around the world. This day was named in 2019 by a person named “Stephen Gill” to increase people’s awareness of the importance of refrigerators.
It is interesting to know that 1700 years before Christ, the Iranian kingdom ordered the construction of the first public refrigerator. This glacier was an architectural building consisting of a pool, a long wall called a fence on the southern side, and a dome-shaped reservoir called a treasury. Iranian scientist Ibn Sina also succeeded in inventing refrigerant in the 11th century.
However, the first usable artificial refrigerator was invented by Oliver Evans in 1805, and the first mechanical ice maker was invented and produced by Dr. John Currie in 1841. Today’s refrigerators are actually advanced and evolved examples of Dr. John Curie’s invention.
If we look at the advanced appearance of today’s refrigerators, in addition to all-round progress, we can see children’s creative drawings delicately attached to the refrigerator.
Are children’s drawings pasted on the refrigerator in your home? It’s as if the refrigerator gets an identity with children’s drawings.
Children are generally interested in art and painting is an easy and interesting way to express themselves and a way to express their creativity. According to the findings of the American Academy of Child and Adult Psychoanalysis, drawing brings a person’s feelings to the surface and shows things that a child may not be able to express in words.
For this reason, as the technology center and innovation factory of Snowatec, we decided to celebrate World Refrigerator Day with children
We asked the children to draw the future refrigerators and stick them on the refrigerator.
Children’s creativity and ideas are always valuable to us…
